The automated check-in was quite cumbersome, and I struggled to operate it without any clear instructions. Additionally, the room size felt cramped, making it difficult to navigate comfortably, especially with luggage. Noise from the street was intrusive at night, which affected my sleep quality.

Automated check-in was a frustrating task with a sweltering airlock!!! No drinking water provided in the rooms, and purchasing a bottle late at night was impossible without card payment!!! The family room size felt misleading in the photos!!!

Clean and updated with a comfortable bed, the family room provides a cozy stay. Despite the tight space, the proximity to the main train and tram stations is a definite plus.
